The 39th annual Stowe Foliage Arts Festival is everything Vermont fall festivals are made of. Take in the vibrant foliage color while enjoying fine art and craftwork from 150 juried artists and artisans. Savor local Vermont flavors with food dishes from vendors and a beer tent for refreshments.
Indigenous Peoples’ Day Rocks!

Back for the 3rd year, Indigenous Peoples’ Day Rocks is a day-long celebration of culture, education, and music, including a welcoming by Chief of the Nulhegan Abenaki Tribe, performances by the Nulhegan Abenaki drummers, Abenaki preservationists, exhibitors, storytellers and demonstrations, Indigenous artisan and food vendors.
Leaf Blower Classic Mountain Bike Festival

Vermont’s favorite autumn mountain bike tradition is back for the 11th year. The Leaf Blower Classic Mountain Bike Festival is hosted at Ranch Camp with group rides for all abilities and levels, awesome vendors, homegrown food, local libations, and live music, there is simply no better way to cap off the season than with this one-day community bike bash.

This four-mile road race is a great way to take in Stowe’s scenes. Ideally timed in the middle of fall between Vermont’s foliage and ski seasons, the race starts and finishes at the Alchemist brewery where you’ll enjoy a crisp fresh Heady Topper beer, music, food trucks, and lawn games all afternoon.

Exposed outdoor art sculptures

Outdoor Exhibition is a contemporary annual outdoor art exhibit. This is the 31st year that this event is being held. The works on display in The Current’s annual outdoor sculpture exhibition focus on contemplation, and the importance of rest or dreams for the healing of the subconscious.

The Vermont 10-Miler is a circular course through ten miles of Stowe’s most beautiful roads. This race offers some great late autumn vistas and will challenge runners at the same time. Proceeds from the Vermont 10-Miler help benefit Stowe Land Trust, which works to preserve Stowe’s most beautiful open spaces that are used for our recreation and also promote conservationism.
