Imagine you’re in a snowglobe, skating on the outdoor rink at Spruce Peak Village Center while snowflakes gently fall from above. No trip to Stowe is complete with out a few turns around the ice.

A classic winter activity, an outdoor ice skating rink available at the Spruce Peak Village Center and is open daily from 12 – 6 p.m. Skating is complimentary and skates are available for rent. Stowe also offers a state-of-the-art arena, Stowe Arena for those colder days. Stowe Arena also hosts hockey leagues, figure skating groups, as well as public skating sessions. The arena is located in Stowe’s historic village, where you can enjoy the classic downtown  after you’re done skating.
