Our talented therapists are ready to deliver the top-notch service that makes The Spa at Stoweflake a relaxing destination for locals and visitors year after year.

Along with our serene new treatment rooms, the Sports & Wellness Center continues to offer fitness classes and personal training. Take advantage of our fully-equipped Cybex fitness studio, yoga studio, spin studio and indoor squash and racquetball court.

The indoor pool, outdoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi are all open, and access is included with your treatment booking! We also have a co-ed sauna facility located outside the men’s and women’s locker rooms.

Please note: We recommend that you schedule your spa appointments one week in advance, and we require a major credit card or a resort confirmation number as well as a telephone number to hold appointments. Reservations are subject to availability.
