DESCRIPTION:While the Stowe Community Church choir is taking a break for the summer\, the church is delighted to have friends and family filling in\, bringing us special music all summer long. In August\, Susanna Burnham will be on the piano. On Communion Sunday\, August 4\, Susanna will perform with Music Director\, Karen Miller playing two piano-organ duets – A rendition of “Let Us Break Bread Together” for the anthem and a second piece at the closing of the service. Later in August Susanna will lead the congregation for hymns and play the postlude\, offertory and prelude\, and accompany the Special Music performers.

DESCRIPTION:Come spend the day on a leisurely float down the Winooski. This tour takes place on Thursdays\, Fridays\, Saturdays\, Sundays\, and Mondays. Each day Umiak runs three tours at 10 a.m.\, 12 p.m.\, and 2 p.m. \nBased on water levels and time of the season the average time for this tour takes between two to three hours for the 2.5-mile tour and four to five hours for the 4.5-mile tour. \nGuests will meet at Umiak’s takeout in Richmond.
