Stowe Craft Brew Race
Race through the scenic landscape during the annual Stowe Craft Brew Race, Saturday, May 19. This 5k begins at the Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa, where it winds through through Stowe’s countryside, along the Stowe Recreation Path. Following the race will be a beer festival, featuring 40+ Vermont breweries, wineries and cideries. Craft-beverage producers include Stowe Cider, von Trapp Brewing, Idletyme Brewing Co. and Boyden Valley Winery.
Sample local food and craft beer (last year featured 40+ VT breweries) and enjoy live music in a gorgeous setting. It’s a day you don’t want to miss!
Only want to join for the beer? Tickets are available for the beer festival only. All 5k participants and festival-goers receive a pint glass and entry to the festival — including beer sampling, live music, vendors and food trucks selling onsite. All Designated Drivers ticket holders receive a different bracelet at registration. They are welcome to enjoy the festival and designated snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
Stowe Land Trust, a non-profit land conservation organization in Stowe, is the charitable beneficiary for this event.
Schedule
- 10 a.m.: Onsite registration and bib pick-up at Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa
- 11:50 a.m.: Onsite registration closes
- Noon: 5k Race start
- 12:30 p.m.: Festival gates open
- 3:50 p.m.: Beer Festival last call
