Stowe Retailers Celebrate the Fourth of July with 7 Miles of Sales
Four-day Independence Day sale at 27 stores throughout Stowe
STOWE, VT (June 25, 2019) – Stowe’s independently-owned retailers will show their appreciation for locals and visitors by offering sales during 7 Miles of Sales from July 4 – 7, 2019. This town-wide Independence Day sale features tent, sidewalk, in-store and online sales for every style.
27 retailers along the seven mile-long Mountain Road and beyond will offer quality products at every price point – from clothing and jewelry, to outdoor gear and home décor. “With so many fabulous stores in Stowe, 7 Miles of Sales is a great opportunity to pick up some new items while taking advantage of summer savings,” said Kate Carpenter, owner, Stowe Kitchen Bath & Linens and trustee, Stowe Area Association.
Stores participating in 7 Miles of Sales include: AJ’s Ski & Sports, The Boutique, BunyaBunya, The Butchery, The Country Store on Main, Elements at the Spa at Stoweflake, Ferro Estate & Custom Jewelers, Green Envy, Harvest Market, In Company Clothing, Laughing Moon Chocolates, Once Upon a Time Toys, Pink Colony, Pinnacle Ski & Sports, Ranch Camp, Remarkable Things at Stowe Craft, Robert Paul Galleries, Shaw’s General Store, The Shops at Spruce Peak Village, Stowe Cider, Stowe Kitchen Bath & Linens, Stowe Mercantile, Stowe Mountain Resort, Stowe Public House & Bottle Shop, Tangerine & Olive, Trapp Family Lodge Outdoor Center and Yellow Turtle.
7 Miles of Sales starts the same day as Stowe’s award-winning event, An Old-Fashioned Fourth of July. Stowe was ranked #2 among “America’s 15 Best Small-Town Fourth of July Celebrations” by Fodor’s Travel. “Along with 7 Miles of Sales, there are many outdoor activities and vibrant events like the Fourth of July celebration and the Stoweflake Hot Air Balloon Festival people can enjoy while out and about in town,” added Josh Wolfgang of Pinnacle Ski & Sports and trustee of the Stowe Area Association.
