The Stowe Arts and Culture Council proudly presents Stowe Arts Week 2019

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Long known as the “Ski Capital of the East,” this summer Stowe will be the epicenter of the arts when the Stowe Arts and Culture Council presents its second annual, Arts Week 2019. Running from July 20 through July 28, 2019. This celebration brings together local artists, performers, and art lovers to showcase Stowe’s rich arts community and deep connection to the arts. Events will take place all over town, encouraging patrons to experience the artists, the community, and the breathtaking
landscape of Stowe. A sampling of the many events planned is listed here:

Saturday, July 20:

4 – 6 p.m.: Exposed. Outdoor Sculpture Opening Festival. Helen Day Art Center, 90 Pond Street. FREE.
7 p.m.: Judy Collins in Concert. Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center, 122 Hourglass Drive. $.
7:30 p.m.: The Diary of Anne Frank. Stowe Theatre Guild, Town Hall Theatre, 67 Main Street.$.
8 p.m.: Lawn Opens, Movie starts at dusk (9:00). Saturday Night Cinema on the Lawn. FREE.

Sunday, July 21:

12 – 9 p.m: Weekends on the Green – Family food and games. Spruce Peak Village Center. FREE.
4:30 p.m.: Contemporary Service. Taryn Noelle, featured soloist. Stowe Community Church, 137 Main Street. FREE.
