While visitors from all around travel to Stowe for its natural beauty, seasonal activities and unbeatable fall foliage, Stowe is also known for its foodie culture. Dine Stowe is a celebration of that culture, and a chance for local restaurants to show their appreciation for visitors as well as local Vermonters. Restaurants will be offering specials for a fixed price of $20.18 – everything from two-and three-course menus, to specialty wine lists and sampler dinners. Discover your new favorite dining spot during Dine Stowe from October 21 – 27, 2018. From the village to Mountain Road and beyond, experience Stowe this fall during Dine Stowe.
Historic Stowe Village
Located in the historic Green Mountain Inn, the Whip Bar & Grill features fine dining in a causal atmosphere and is offering a three-course menu for Dine Stowe. Cozy up with a bowl of their Autumn Beef Stew and indulge in their Maple Pie. Across the street in the historic village is another local favorite, Harrison’s Restaurant & Bar. Enjoy a special wine list featuring bottles for $20.18 and pair it with one of their unique entrées. Also located in the village is Cork Wine Bar & Market of Stowe. Part restaurant and retail shop, Cork offers natural wines, craft beer and a cozy dining experience. Choose any house made pasta from their menu and pair with a glass of house red or white wine for $20.18. Located in Upper Stowe village is the Lighthouse Bar & Grill. This cozy lakeside restaurant is featuring a three-course menu of New England favorites for Dine Stowe.
Mountain Road
Running adjacent to the Stowe Recreation Path, Mountain Road is home to some of Stowe’s best restaurants. For Dine Stowe, try Not Your Average Shrimp Tacos and Steak Frites at The Bench, create your own three-course menu at Charlie B’s Pub & Restaurant with your choice for four appetizers, six entrees and two desserts. Located in Stowe Mountain Lodge, the Hourglass Lounge and Solstice Restaurant are offering Dine Stowe specials, including a Spruce Burger and a signature pasta special. For a classic brew pub experience, look no further than Idletyme Brewing Co. Pair their two-course menu with one of their signature brews.
Looking for some handmade pasta? Junior’s at Stowe is offering your choice of seven entrées featuring handmade pasta. For a taste of New York style pizza, try Piecasso Pizzeria & Lounge, where eclectic music and creative entrées make this a family-friendly Stowe favorite. Choose from their three-course menu for Dine Stowe.
One of Stowe’s newest restaurants, Ranch Camp, is a trailside fast-casual eatery, tap room and full-service mountain bike shop. Their Dine Stowe menu includes a “Party Starter,” entrée and drink. Favorites include Hippie Fries and The Rock (Power Bowl). If you need a morning pick-me-up, stop by Stowe Bee Bakery & Café. For a unique experience, try Stowe Bowl, an 8-lane boutique bowling venue. Their special includes an appetizer, entrée and dessert. If sushi is what you’re feeling, stop by Sushi Yoshi and choose a Chinese, Japanese or Hibachi option for your three-course Dine Stowe meal.
Trattoria La Festa is a family-owned eatery that has been serving Stowe delicious Italian food for more than 30 years. Enjoy this authentic dining experience in their farmhouse restaurant. During Dine Stowe, Trattoria is featuring special a three-course menu. Craving a Margarita? Tres Amigos is offering an appetizer and their Seafood Enchiladas, paired with a Margarita, for Dine Stowe.
Mountain Road Adjacent
There are also several fantastic options just off the Mountain Road. The Bistro at Ten Acres offers incredible views with their flavorful entrées. Choose any entrée for $20.18 during Dine Stowe, including Braised Pork Shank, Don Confit, Pan Seared Lobster and Seafood Epiphany. Stowe’s local BBQ restaurant, Sunset Grille & Tap Room, has been serving Stowe Northern and Southern style BBQ for more than 25 years. For this year’s Dine Stowe, they’re offering a BBQ & Brew Sample dinner. Special includes a Chef’s Choice BBQ platter featuring four of their house-cured and smoked meats.
