Wine & Chocolate Weekend
When: Saturday, February 9 – Sunday, February 10, 2019
Where: Boyden Valley Winery & Spirits
Wine and chocolate go hand-in-hand with Valentine’s Day. Located in beautiful Cambridge, Vermont, Boyden Valley Winery will feature wine and chocolate pairings, themed cocktail tastings, Champagne cupcakes and a food truck at the Wine & Chocolate Weekend. Kick-off your Valentine’s week at Boyden Valley Winery.
Valentine’s Day at the Red Barn Shops
When: Sunday, February 10, 2019
Where: Red Barn Shops
Celebrate Valentine’s Day early at the Red Barn Shops. First, stop by Once Upon a Time Toys and decorate your own heart-shaped cookie. After decorating, children (and adults) will have the chance to decorate their own Valentine. While the kids are decorating, adults can stop into Stowe Wine & Cheese for a half bottle of red or sparkling wine, which also includes a special Valentine-themed cheeseboard. These shops, along with BunyaBunya and Yellow Turtle, will also be offering special discounts on red and pink items.
Southern Breakfast and Southbound Brunch Cooking Classes

Impress your Valentine this year with your cooking ability or switch up date night for an afternoon cooking class. Learn how to make some southern brunch classics with your significant other at Stowe Kitchen Bath & Linens for a unique Valentine’s date.
Wine Tastings at the Trapp Family Lodge

Where: Trapp Family Lodge
Join the Trapp Family Lodge’s sommelier, Michael Keene, every Wednesday and Saturday for a wine tasting. Upcoming tastings include Sauvignon Blanc, Austrian Wine and Sparkling Wine tastings. Learn about the origins and regional history of each wine as you taste. Kick off your Valentine’s date night with an intimate wine tasting before dinner. Tastings will be paired with some delicious cheeses and bread.
Valentine’s Day Evening Dog Sled Ride

What’s more romantic than gliding through Vermont’s winter wonderland on a dog sledding adventure! Valentine’s Day Gourmet Fondue Snowshoe Tour

For the outdoorsy couple, start the night off with a guided, moonlight snowshoe tour through Vermont’s beautiful landscape. The tour will end at The Stowehof, where couples can enjoy an intimate, three-course fondue experience featuring Vermont’s own Cabot cheese and handmade items from Laughing Moon Chocolates.
