This festive Stowe event features tree lightings, parades, Santa visits and caroling in the heart of the village of one of the “World’s Most Charming Ski Towns” by AFAR Magazine. It’s the perfect start to the holiday season for family and friends!
Throughout this three-day event, you can expect to experience all-things Christmas. The event kicks off Friday evening with a reading, a children’s parade, tree lighting, art show opening, film reception and musical. Saturday is filled with even more holiday activities for kids and families to enjoy, including a Christmas Bazaar, gingerbread house and cookie decorating, holiday treats, Santa visits, hay rides and candy cane twisting. Round out the weekend of festive fun on Sunday with a musical and a showing of Frozen 2 with a character meet-and greet beforehand. There also will be more candy canes and hot chocolate. It’s no wonder A Traditional Christmas was named a “Top Ten Winter Event” in 2018 by The Vermont Chamber of Commerce.
